At Impact Tuition we specialise in supporting pupils with differing learning needs, particularly those with dyslexia. We have a wide range of multi-sensory resources and teachers with extensive experience of working with pupils with specific reading and writing difficulties. Lead teacher & centre owner Kelly is currently studying with the British Dyslexia Association, for her Level 5 Specialist Dyslexia Teacher qualification and at Edge Hill University for level 5 specialist Dyscalculia teacher.

Multi-sensory learning and confidence boosting!

Our fully qualified and experienced teachers provide individualised, structured learning plans to target your child’s areas of weakness with precision teaching. We recognise that many children  who struggle at school have lost their confidence. Our teachers work hard to boost their self esteem, alongside their learning skills. In our tuition, we do not follow a set, “one size fits all” programme. As experienced teachers, we know that all children learn differently.  Many children with reading, writing, or maths difficulties tend to have self-esteem issues which affect their learning. Children often need a variety of different multi-sensory approaches to help them. Here at Impact Tuition, we plan a weekly lesson specifically for your child and use a variety of resources to make their lesson engaging. We also allow for plenty of consolidation and repetition of skills so that pupils are able to retain what they have learnt successfully.

Continuity and communication is important.

Each pupil has a dedicated teacher, who really gets to know them and understand what works best for them. We listen to you, their parent and give you detailed feedback, advice and tips on how to support your child at home. We can also offer guidance on how to seek help from other agencies if needed.
